This is the cake that nearly died a violent death. It was for my daughters best friend, she wanted something with frangipanis and her friends fave colour blue. I have had the pan a while but never used it, saw some on here so decided it needed a chocolate shell base. I followed the instructions but it ended up going a bit like this...melt a ton of milk chocolate....put in fridge to set in pan.....set chocolate won't come out of pan....pan bashed on breadboard....repeat....re​peat again.....and again.....dig at it....heat it.....bash it again....and again.....throw it at someone???.....bash again....and again....are they heart palpitations?????.....bash​ again.....smash and dig it out...stick it back together with icing....bet it tasted great haha!
