Alot of the idea came from Mike2778 cakecentral caker. His is obviously much better than mine, but I needed a smaller cake and I did not want to make alot of black fondant, so I cheated and reversed my white and black colors. This was a 8" x 3" round french vanilla cake with BC and MMF. Queen, Pawn, apple and flower were made from gumpaste.
