I made this cake for Makayla's 1st Birthday as she just LOVES Elmo :-) It was Chocolate Banana flavoured, covered in buttercream & fondant. I made the Elmo topper with gumpaste & used an edible pen for the details. Makayla just loved it! As soon as her dad put her near it to blow the candle out she instantly grabbed Elmo! He was there one second & then gone the next lol 05-03-11
