This is a dummy cake made for our county fair; it consists of an 8x4" and two 6x3 square tiers. It's iced in b'cream with fondant decorations. The bottom tier is covered in the billow technique.
It has never failed:) The cakes I have liked the least always seem to be viewed & saved more than those that I love :)) I almost didn't post this because I really hate how it turned out. My piping is awful - and this is the 3rd try at fixing it! I guess at my age I can't pipe well anymore :(
