My step-daughter & I made this cake for my husband for his birthday this year. We used a lot of unedible pieces because we were short on time & I've never tried fondant. We painted all the props with non toxic paint. The image in the boat is a picture of my DH with a fish he caught on our lake. We love our lake & all the fish, frogs & turtles we see so this cake was all about that.
