Bright Birdie Cupcakes

These were for my daughters 4th birthday party. They are chocolate cupcakes with strawberry filling, dipped in chocolate ganache and frosted with strawberry SMBC. Toppers are all handmade out of fondant. And Oh My were they delicious!
