I was asked to make a white fondant covered cake to celebrate the engagement of a couple. They wanted something elegant and simple. I checked with the sister if this cake would be okay, she said to go ahead and I was told they loved the cake. I was asked to make my chocolate cake with the chocolate mousse and chocolate truffle filling. I was happy with the outcome.
