A friend and I made this Racetrack cake for another friend's son's4th birthday. Squares and asphalt are black buttercream fondant and the rest is all buttercream icing. Tunnel was made by shaping tin foil, wraping with fondant and setting over vitamin jar to make the rounded shape. Bought little cars and tires for tru.
