this is a cake I made for my niece's 1st birthday, The minnie mouse on the smash cake took me over a week to make and redid the minnie 5 times! The cake is a strawberry margarita cake with strawberry and whip cream filling. The cake is covered with fondant and the minnie mouse is made from gumpaste!
