Darlene, thanks for your compliments. I dip the edges of the cupcakes in sugar before icing. This works best of you put the cupcakes in the fridge or freezer for about a half hour covered with plastic wrap. When you take them out, leave the plastic wrap on and indovidually take one at a time, uncover and dip. I sugar the edges of all my cupcakes. It gives great texture too.
