This cake almost killed me. 3 tier offset square in cream cheese frosting which is a NEVER AGAIN!!! Bugger of a time getting it smooth, trouble piping. The sugar jewels did not sparkle but sat there like glass lumps. Tried to add sparkle by painting with brilliant silver platinum dust....the flowers are all gumpaste. There is supposed to be a topper but it wasn't at the venue for me to place per the contract. I can see I left the remainder of my jewels sitting on the table....classy. I hope someone sees them and gets them off. Tried calling the venue but nobody answered and I didn't see picture until after wedding had started.
