This is my very first wedding cake. Thanks for all the advice and info I found here on CC. This was for my sister. It was a WASC Cake with Pineapple cream cheese filling in between the layers and Cream Cheese Butter cream icing. The cake was such a big hit... Once it was cut, within 30 minutes, the cake was completely gone... (There were probably over 100 guests at her wedding). We almost ran out of cake before we realized that we needed to cut a couple of slices for the bride and groom to have later. The cake was actually 4 tiers but the top tier was not placed on the cake, but wrapped and put away to be frozen for their anniversary. Thanks again!
