my first wedding cake
top 2 layers are lemon cake with raspberry mousse filling, the bottom layer is marble and white with chocolate ganache filling. i made the huge mistake of making the frosting my usual cream cheese recipe, which was too soft to work with in this warm weather, even with the air conditioning on. i had a very hard time smoothing it, it got sweaty out of the refrigerator and drooped, got a few large bubbles, etc. will remember not to use that again! had to put more scrolly design on the sides than originally planned to hide all the flaws.
