9th Birthday cake for my niece. Since I am still working as a nurse, I didn't have the time to give this cake the extra custom work that I would have liked (such a lining the cakeboard with fondant, among other things!), but I think it turned out cute for a 3 hour job from start to finish! Base tier is French Vanilla Cake with Belgian Chocolate buttercream. Top tier is French Vanilla Cake with Raspberry Filling and White Chocolate-Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese frosting. Vanilla Satin Ice Fondant, with fondant and scrapbooking accents. Thanks for looking!
