JoyOjoy- The flower is a mix of half fondant & half gumpaste. Each petal is cut out seperaetly using a 5 petal cutter, then the edges were thinned and ruffled using a ball tool, then using a piece of thicker foam i used the ball tool to cup the petal. They were sat in a patty pan to form the first layer, then the second was done the same way, then the last layer of petals was cut using a smaller 5 petal cutter.
