My first carved cake and my first purse cake. Not quite as clean as I would have liked, but overall I am very pleased with how it turned out. I tried a new technique for the flower (folding it like fabric) and I love how that turned out! The flower is gumpaste and all other decorations are fondant. The cake itself is dark chocolate cake with milk chocolate ganache.
