So my friend, Tim, who knows nothing about cakes decided that he was going to make a swan wedding cake for a friend. Then I get called into the mix. this is what we came up with. I love it. completely edible. the neck is rice crispie treats covered i modelling chocolate when more chocolate grated on to in. the feathers are gum paste.
