To answer your questions about the flowers...I don't do them myself. Since I do c.akes while working a full-time job,I decided a long time ago that if there was an easier way to do something that didn't diminish the quality of the cake, that I would use it. I order my gumpaste flowers from a couple of different companies and have never been disappointed. I ordered the molds for the fondant lace and rope borders and the pearl dust as well. As for the flavor, Butterpecan with Caramel pecan cream filling
