Monster's Inc Theme 2nd' Birthday for my daughter. She absolutely loves Mike Wazowski from this movie and I saw so many cute Monsters Inc cakes on CC that I had to give it a whirl. The cake was three layers on the bottom of french vanilla pound cake and inbetween the first layer was a cream filling that I use for cream puffs, then the other layer had a strawberry lime mascarpone cheese filling. Top tier was triple chocolate cake with chocolate whipped filling. Mike was made of RKT, fondant, gum paste and edible airbrush paint. Thanks for looking! :)
