This is my first car cake. I took about 2 days just planning this one as I wasn't sure how I would go about it and about a day to actually make. I did enjoy making it though. I did have doubts about it at times as it looked quite plain until the whole thing was put together. Ferrari Formula 1 car. Sponge cake covered in Regalice. Logos printed using edible icing and ink.
