8" dark chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream & fresh strawberries. The "B" is cut from gumpaste. After it was dry I added edible glitter to it. I wish you could see in this photo the swirls of white within the blue that makes it look like water. It just looks like a solid blue color here. The cupcakes are white cake but the clients son is allergic to eggs so I substituted a can of 7up for the eggs & oil. They turned out great.
