I saw this design and knew I wanted to try it (sorry, I don't know who to give credit for the original design). This cake is sheer decadence: Belgian chocolate mudcake with dulce de leche filling, cream cheese buttercream and Frangelico-infused dark chocolate ganache. Pretty pink ruffles were made using french vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. Yum!
