Made for my midterm it is a vanilla pound cake filled with italian buttercream and chocolate ganach. neck, tail and wings were sculpted from fondant. Head was gumpaste. scales were individualy cut fondant pieces. crumbs are gramcrackers smashed and little fondant coins. The cake is shown through stages of production.
