Root Beer Float Cupcakes with a Vanilla Ice Cream BC! OH my goodness these cup cakes are so good! I saw the recipe in the BH&G magazine (some special cupcake edition that they put out), and I know right away that I needed to try it out! The Root Beer candies were hard to track down but once they were all put together, wow!
