This is a 1st birthday cake for a very special little lady who's heart has not developed on the left hand side. She has already undergone 12 operations in her very short life but is at the moment coming on nicely. She has recently stopped depending on a feeding tube and is eating solids. She will eventually have to have a heart transplant and we hope and pray that our wonderful Evie 'Amazing' Grace can keep on fighting long enough to reach this goal. Please keep her in your prayers.
