Chocolate cake with buttercream filling, the ears, nose,fish, star and bow are fondant/gumpaste. A 5 year old wanted a cake for her moms birthday and could not decide between a Kitty a fishy or a star so I gave her all 3. I wish I took a picture of her face when I gave it to her : )
