This ENTIRE cake is done in ICING! I love how it turned out, but if I did it again, I need to make the ears slightly smaller. Made this fun cake for a friends birthday. She wanted a minnie mouse cake with no fondant! So, i had fun. This was a great way to challenge me and I feel I learned a lot from this. Hope you like it.
