I made this cake for my son's birthday. I carved a 1/2 sheet cake and iced with buttercream icing (faux fondant and original buttercream). The ship, shark fin, octopus, and happy birthday signs are gumpaste. The dotted lines and x are painted with food coloring. Island air sprayed with food coloring.
