This was a birthday cake for a gal in the office who isn't a "sweets person" (I can't understand that personally!), so we made her a sweet 'n salty confection. Single Layer Yellow Sheet Cake, carved to resemble a ruffled potato chip. Yellow BC Icing with Chocolate-​dipped potato chips; molded white chocolate "dip bowl" filled with whipped cream (green writing is edible marker).
