A pretty and romantic wedding cake. Bottom tier is a 12" vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream; middle tier is a 10" rich fruit cake; top tier is a 9" vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream. All covered with marzipan and sugarpaste. Castle topper is polystyrene, and I glittered the roofs. Statue is also bought, not made. I'm not sure I can take the stress of doing cakes with pillars again!!!
