This cake was for a fellow retiring in my office. The inspiration came from others I saw like this on this site, and I used the tinted piping gel technique for the stream that I learned from here as well. The trees are pretzel sticks covered with BC icing, using a leaf tip. Not as full as I'd have liked, but I'm still learning. :)
