This was the first "fondant" cake I did outside of my cake class. Top layer was a strawberry cake with cherry filling and a banana cake for the bottom layer.. It was an interesting combonation, but the person who ordered it seemed to like it so I was happy. I call it "The McCrady" because the person who ordered its' last name was McCrady.
