I was asked to make a cake for a girl turning 30 and her uncle, turning 62. Soooo yeah not easy lol. I decided to do a 6" French vanilla with bavarian cream for the girl, I used fondant to make some personal pieces to surround the cake like ballet shoes, FSU symbol, basketball, baseball glove and ball, hickory stick and puck. Also did a black board, apple, ruler and glee. For the uncle he love his boat and his tractor and scuba diving soooo that's what we made him :) I used an 8" Michael chocolate Cakr filled with whipped ganache.
