This was a pirate treasure cake done for a boy turning 5 - The treasure box on top was sculpted cereal treats - the skull was all hand sculpted fondant - - The colors were airbrushed on, and then hand painted details were added for a "map" effect... The design was inspired by a cake veiwed online and then tweaked to fit my own look.... - The only non-edibles are some of the treasures peeking out of the box, the ribbon & coins at the base..:-)
