I made all of the gerbera daisy flowers by hand from sugar paste, and mounted the flowers inside the acrylic separators between the tiers. The cake had a rich fruit bottom tier, lemon sponge middle and chocolate top tier. I had never made gerbera daisy flowers before but really enjoyed doing these after lots of practise!!
