This cake was made for the doctor that I work for. He always runs late so I added quotes about being late or running on time. Around the the front and sides of the cake there were different street signs printed on edible paper that were comments about our office or being late etc. This cake was so much fun to make and was such a hit at our office. Everything was made of fondant, 50/50 gumpaste/fondant and edible images.
