Books

Graduation cake for my son's girlfriend. The cake was a hit!!!!! Each book was a different flavor --chocolate, Vanilla and Red Velvet. Iced in white choc ganache and fondant. Scroll is fondant, logo and picture are edible images, cap is RKT and pic frame is white chocolate. This was a challenge, but I followed Sharon Zambito's dvd otherwise I wouldn't have done it. Her dvds are the best I totally recommend them!! TFL
