Chocolate Espesso Cake with Whipped Dark Chocolate Ganache filling Chocolate Butercream frosting. The star is my first sad atempt at making modeling chocolate. It was certainly interesting and once I got the hang of it liked it. The hardest part was trying to get the start a gold color. The photo makes it look yellow. I will be working with this great stuff more in the near future so I hope to get better.
