Pancake Cake

Another pancake cake to add to the album! Thanks to LadyViola for the idea and EricaDeCima for her tips. They both did a better job, too! Syrup is tinted piping gel, blueberries are fondant and whipped cream is IMBC (it melted a bit while I photographed it in the sun!), but the strawberry is real. I hadn't realised I'd run out of red fondant until the last minute!
