This cake was for a wedding that took place on a boat, it was a three hour drive from my house to get it there, so I had to assemble it on site (needless to say I was a wreck delivering it as it was my first cake for someone other then family and I had only taken one class that covered how to make fondant and flowers and there are no flowers on the cake). The cake was a carrot cake with a cream cheese icing, covered in fondant. The people, crabs, seagulls etc were out of gum paste. Everything was edible except for the boat and the lighthouse.
