Super Mario Brothers topsy turvy cake, a ton of fun to make. Everything on the cake is fondant and gum paste. I had to play some Mario for this, strictly research of course. :) Of note, I used the Fat Daddio's pans, it was my first topsy turvy cake and I think they are GREAT pans. What a life saver for a newbie like me!
