I loved making this cake! It was for a 10 year old boy who was visiting from France for the first time. His mom wanted a fun red, white and blue cake to celebrate and something for him to take home as a keepsake. The Liberty Statue is made of polymer clay and it's cool to know something I made is sitting in France right now! ;)
