Brush Embroidery

This is so lovely! Would love the recipe for the buttercream or icing you used for piping. Also The roses are beautiful :)

Thanks, cindalou_xx. I use Rose Levy Beranbaum's recipe for royal icing: 30g egg white (I use pateurized), 150g of icing sugar. Whip on high for 8 minutes. Thin with a drop or two of water when doing brush embroidery.

Thanks, all! The iridescence was done by airbrushing the entire cake with Luck's Pearl Shimmer airbrush colour.
