Vintage Sweet 16

Started with a picture of a cake by sweetieVie and added a bit. This is for a "vintage Summer Nights Sweet 16" Floral topper is all MMF with pearl dust coloring placed into a floral half ball. Bottom tier was made with scallopped heart cutter, cut in half and used in alternate layers to achieve this pattern. (I did not have a scallopped circle so I just improvised). Name and plaque are MMF, piping is RI with sugar pearls the rest is ribbon. Not my usual style of decorating but I do love the finished product! TFL
