My husband works for P. F. Changs and they had a manager picnic, so I made this cake to take. The cake is Chocolate pound cake with Banana chocolate chip buttercream. The patio is made out of rice krispy treats covered in modeling chocolate and fondant. The horses are sculpted out of modeling chocolate.
