my sister was just diagnosed with breast cancer, i made this cake to help cheer her on for the battle ahead--more tests, surgery, chemo. cream cheese frosting with fondant ribbon roses and center ribbon. didnt sag too much after the 240 mile journey! next time i wont put raspberry puree filling in a cake that has to travel, it caused the center seam to bloop out a bit.
