I get that most people will not know what in the world this is. :-) This is a corporate cake for the company both my Husband and I work for. This is a torque analyzer and the corporate logo.....and everything is 100% edible. The cake is dark chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate hazelnut filling, dark chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. The green piece is made out of rice cereal treats and covered in fondant. Logos are printed on icing sheets or hand cut from fondant/gum paste. TFL!
