First attempt at rosette technique (thanks I am baker for the great idea). Top layer 6in choc cake filled with raspberry chamboard cream- rosettes in purple and white BC, Bottom layer 9in amaretto filled with amaretto cream- covered in fondant with quilted technique. TFL
