Thanks everyone! I found a bit of a tutorial on Call Me Cupcake's website. Its time consuming but fairly easy . I just need to block off more time to achieve a more delicate look next time. :D
Sorry, ignore the previous post, lol... I meant did you cover the buttercream in fondant before you added the ruffles to it, or did you add the ruffles right to the buttercream....
