This was my first time making and using swiss meringue buttercream. WOW! Love the stuff! The cake is alternating layers of yellow and oreo dark chocolate, filled with raspberry buttercream and dark chocolate ganache, iced with SMBC, and covered in fondant. The tiger is made from RKT and fondant. She was born in the year of the tiger.
